What players like
- The size of the welcome package. 400% across three deposits is larger than most casinos advertise.
- One wallet for casino and sport. No separate accounts or transfers.
- Choice of bonus. You can take the slots package, the sports package or nothing.
- Game variety. Classic slots, crash games, low-stake collections and live tables.
Tenobet Trustpilot reviews
There is no single official Tenobet profile on Trustpilot. Reviews are spread over pages for different domains, several of them created by affiliate sites, and their scores range from about 1.5 to 4. Pages that are clearly about the casino sit around 2 out of 5. Most negative Tenobet reviews on Trustpilot describe the same things:
- delayed or refused withdrawals;
- long KYC checks after a win;
- winnings removed after playing with a bonus;
- accounts closed after registration from a restricted country.
Positive reviews mostly mention quick registration and the welcome bonus. Treat both kinds with care: some pages mix in reviews of unrelated shops.
What the terms explain
Many complaints match rules that are written in the terms:
| Complaint | Rule behind it |
|---|---|
| "Winnings were cancelled" | with an active bonus the maximum bet is €2; bonus winnings are capped at 10× the bonus |
| "Withdrawal refused" | the deposit must be wagered at least once; wagering must be finished |
| "They asked for documents" | the first withdrawal and deposits over €2,000 trigger KYC |
| "Account closed" | one account per person; restricted countries include the UK |
| "Only €100 paid from free spins" | no-deposit winnings are capped at €100 or 2× the bonus |
Reading these before claiming a bonus avoids most disputes.
How we would play at Tenobet
- Decide whether you need a bonus at all — without one, the €2 bet limit and the 10× cap do not apply.
- Verify the account right after registration.
- Start with a small deposit and a small withdrawal to see how the cashier works.
- Keep screenshots of deposits and bonus terms.
Verdict
Tenobet has a big welcome package and a wide game and sport lobby, but it is an offshore casino: no UKGC licence, not in GamStop, and the UK appears on its restricted list. Treat it with caution, verify your account early and keep deposits small. More: is Tenobet legit, Tenobet withdrawal.
